Happy Fakesgiving!

Since Eric was in Asia last November and missed out on that grand American tradition called Thanksgiving. When he announced he was returning to Thailand we decided he couldn't miss another other day of turkey, gravy and football so decided to have our own Fakesgiving. We baked a turkey, fixed the trimmings (stuffing - the "real kind" according to two certain Iowans, mashed potatoes and green bean cassarole) and even had a little football action since our feast was on Sunday.


For dessert . . . chocolate fudge praline cake! Score.
