Oyster, schmoyster

One of the attorneys Bridget works with brought a bunch of fresh oysters to the office today. Bridget brought a bag of them home and though a little intimidated at first, we set about mastering the mollusks. We found a nice recipe in on of our cookbooks and decided to bake those bivalves. Who can tell when an oyster is "done"? We couldn't so we ended up baking the oysters for twice as long as the recipe instructed. Oh, well, they turned out tasting great in the end and shucking them turned out to be easier than anticipated. All in all they were a real treat.

Thank you Knoll!
